We’ve written this page as a short explainer for how to submit a Nights Away Notification (NAN) on the new membership system.
To access the NAN form, you must first login to the membership system. If you are struggling to login, please contact either the Digital Team or [email protected].
Visit https://membership.scouts.org.uk/ to login.
This will open the Nights Away Notification form.
You will need to include the membership number of each adult attending. You are able to search the form for member information and details.
The form is identical to the old Jotform, however is split into different sections. If you need any help submitting a form, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Digital Team ([email protected]) who can offer assistance and guidance.
